In line with FIFA vision of ensuring “motivated and talented male and female footballers should all get the chance to be scouted, identified and developed, regardless of where they are from, where they were born, or their social or economic background”, we have developed a global network of scouts with an outstanding programme of identifying and retaining young male and female talented and motivated football talents, with a view to organising playing opportunities such as trials, football camps, football schools and ensuring their dreams come true with an opportunity to be scouted by professional clubs.

With our mantra of “Identifying talents and fulfilling dreams,” our vision is to be at the forefront of recruitment of both professional players, amateur players and football talents domestically from grassroot football and internationally.

To achieve this, we have a network of professional scouts who are trained to spot and recognise not just fully developed talents, but also players with huge football potentials who have got the character, determination and the right mind-set to achieve success in football.

While most trained football scouts can recognise talent relatively easily, it takes a professional scout with huge knowledge, skill and experience to recognise players with huge football talents and potentials to succeed in the ever-challenging world of football.
